You should be aware that PlusPort is not responsible for the privacy policy of other sites and sources that are not under its control. By using this website you agree to this privacy policy. PlusPort respects the privacy of all users of its site and ensures that the personal information you provide is treated confidentially. PlusPort can adjust this Privacy Policy. You will be notified of the Privacy Policy during the registration process. We therefore recomend that you regularly read the Privacy Policy. 

Which data is processed?

When your employer or you register for one of our services, we ask you to provide personal information. This data is used to perform the service. We collect and process, among other things, the following data: your name, address and other data such as telephone number, e-mail address, date of birth and any other data required to perform the service and your feedback about the training. We also collect and process personal data in the context of the training, such as your attendance, your results and whether you passed or failed. The data is stored on secure servers of PlusPort or those of a third party if this is necessary to perform the service (s) that you have requested. We will not combine this data with other personal data that we have.

For what purposes is your data porcessed?

PlusPort uses your personal data for the following purposes:

  • the registration and administrative processing of your participation in the training you have chosen;
  • providing the training you have chosen;
  • to provide information requested by you and to respond to your questions;
  • to send you our newsletter or brochure;
  • to perform analyzes so that we can improve our services.

In the context of being able to provide the training you have chosen, we share your personal data with third parties, such as, for example, exam institutes, practical trainers and classroom trainers who play a role in being able to perform the service you have ordered from us.


When you send messages to us, we may save those messages. Sometimes we ask you for your personal information that is relevant to the situation in question. This makes it possible to process your questions and answer your requests. The data is stored on secure servers of PlusPort or those of a third party. We will not combine this data with other personal data that we have.

Your rights

You have the right to request a copy of your personal data that is processed by or on behalf of PlusPort. You can also request information about other details of the processing of your personal data, such as the retention period of your data (or the criteria to determine that period) and categories of third-party recipients. You can always find general information in this Privacy Statement.

If your personal data is incorrect, incomplete or has not been processed in accordance with the AVG, you have the right to have your personal data changed or supplemented.

You can also have PlusPort restrict the processing of your personal data, for example during the period that we check your request to change your personal data.

Removal of personal data:
You have the right at all times to have your personal data removed by PlusPort, unless PlusPort has reasons permitted under the GPC to keep your personal data.

Right of objection:
You have the right at all times to object to the processing of your personal data by PlusPort. PlusPort may hereby request that you state reasons related to your specific situation.

When your personal data is not obtained directly from yourself you have the right to withdraw consent to process your personal data at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
